It’s been a long time since there’s been activity on our NB Women in ICT blog. I thought I’d share a relevant post I recently posted to my personal blog and see if it resonates with any of you. I’d love to hear what you think about any of these issues, any related experiences you may have had, and any approaches you can think of. The reason I wrote it in the first place is because some concerned male colleagues suggested, correctly, that women need more female mentors and role models. My conundrum was that this would require asking several of you on this blog list to take on yet more responsibilities, and you’re all going flat out. I just don’t think that is enough of an answer, but maybe I’m wrong.

Here is the blog post: How do we mentor women when there aren’t enough female role models?

Any thoughts?!
🙂
