lisa-hsA little about Lisa Hrabluk:
Lisa Hrabluk is a writer and founder of Wicked Ideas, an early stage company that marries the scalability and analytic power of technology with human storytelling expertise to change the conversation around hot button issues. The product acts as the honest broker in the relationship between organizations that want -– or need – to change and the public that wants to help shape that change. In March 2013 Lisa completed the PropelICT Launch36 accelerator program, the first non-technical founder. Join us as she shares her experiences as a start-up entrepreneur and what artists and technologists can learn from each other. The digital age has made us all technologists. We need to be artists too.

Lisa is also an award-winning journalist. At the Telegraph-Journal she broke national stories about ICT innovations, energy, Aboriginal rights and the ambitions of the Maritimes’ political class. She is a frequent contributor to CBC Radio and Progress Magazine. She is the co-founder of Next NB and 21inc. Lisa lives in Rothesay with her husband, photojournalist Michael Hawkins, and their daughter Alexandra.

Looking forward to seeing everyone – please let us know you are coming by registering:  http://doodle.com/v26sq43axeup3kf7
